How soon will you collect?
Usually within 5–10 days in Hāwera, Eltham, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth, Bell Block and Waitara. Other areas can take longer as we group nearby bookings. We’ll email your confirmed date.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If we can safely reach the items and you’ve paid, we can collect while you’re out. Your confirmation email explains how to leave them ready. Add a note if access is tricky.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Use “Change items” or “Cancel this pickup” in your account any time before collection. You can also message us from the booking.
How do I pay?
Your account shows an estimate before you submit your collection request. Payment details arrive in your confirmation email. Invoices and receipts stay in your account, with the bank details and payment reference on unpaid invoices.
What if my item isn’t listed?
Choose “Other” when booking and describe it. Add a photo if you can. We’ll confirm a quote by email and in your account. You can also tap Help below.
Can I track my pickup?
Your account shows its progress, from request received to collected. Once the date is confirmed, add it to your phone’s calendar.
