Your privacy

Updated 5 September 2026

Naki Whiteware Removal uses your information to secure your account, arrange collections, keep booking and payment records, and provide the optional Naki Arcade features.

What we collect and why

Signing in uses your email and a one-time code. Booking details include your name, phone number, pickup address, items, access instructions and messages. You can add photos to help us plan a pickup or quote. Referral information helps us understand how customers find us. Existing booking details may also come from our collection forms or records entered by the business.

Your email is needed for an account. Contact and pickup details are needed to arrange a collection; photos are optional. You can also use our quick booking form without creating an account, or text us. Arcade play is optional.

Who can see it

The business uses your contact details and collection records to organise and carry out pickups. Other arcade players see your arcade display name, scores and information you choose to share in public chat. Friends can see friendship and play-invitation information. A private chat is visible to its participants; authorised business administration and service operation can also involve stored records. Your booking address, phone and email are not displayed on the arcade leaderboards.

If you have not chosen an arcade name, your first name may be used. Choose a nickname before joining social features, and avoid sharing contact details or other private information in public chat.

Services that help run Naki

Cloudflare hosts the website, account database, stored files and automated help chat. Google services support booking records and email, Brevo supports email delivery, and Jotform handles the quick collection form. These providers process information needed for those services and may process it outside New Zealand. External map, review and social links open services with their own privacy practices.

The help chat processes what you type to answer questions about our service. Please use your account messages or contact us directly for private booking details; do not put passwords, login codes or payment-card details in help chat.

Storage and keeping information

Your browser stores a sign-in token and app preferences; arcade scores can also be saved on your device. Up to five recently used sign-in emails are saved on this device to make signing back in easier. Use “Forget saved emails” on the sign-in page to remove them. Signing out ends that account session but keeps these email suggestions. Automated abuse protection uses short-lived request counts and a hashed network address.

Account, booking, invoice and receipt records currently have no automatic expiry. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for collection administration, disputes or record-keeping obligations; we will explain what can be removed when we handle your request.

The current system displays public arcade chat for 30 days and private chat for 90 days, with cleanup during chat activity. Closed-job photos are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Database recovery copies are rotated on a 30-day schedule; other business and email records can remain separately. Removal from the active app does not necessarily remove every backup immediately. Unusual scores may be retained for review before appearing on leaderboards.

Access, corrections and requests

You can edit profile details and eligible bookings in your account. To request a copy, correction or deletion of information, or raise a privacy concern, email nakiwhitewareremoval@gmail.com or text 027 584 8380. We may need to check your identity before sharing or changing private records.
